Zeng Xiaojin, head of PE School of Guizhou Normal University, introduced that learning Chinese Kungfu is beneficial for teenagers to have a better understanding of Chinese traditional culture. "The core of Chinese Kungfu is to encourage them to cultivate themselves both internally and externally", Zeng said.

贵州师范大学体育学院院长曾晓进介绍道，学习中国功夫有利于青少年和大学生深入了解中国传统文化内涵。“内外兼修、形神兼修是中国武术想要表达的重要思想。”曾晓进说。

The martial arts and traditional Chinese sports major of Guizhou Normal University is the only National Special Control PE Major in Guizhou province. In 2009, students from this university won the 1st and 2nd places in the 3rd International Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange. Now, around 100 students are learning martial arts there.
