为推进全民健身，贵阳市近年来充分利用城市公园、体育场地等，积极构建市民“15分钟健身圈”，对“15分钟能做什么？”这一问题引发更多思考。

With more convenient public fitness services available, a fitness boom continues. As people"s demand for sports increases, in addition to common sports such as weight-lifting, jogging, and aerobics, new sports like frisbee, skiing, and diving are gaining popularity.

市民享受到更加便利的全民健身公共服务后，一股健身热潮也在继续。随着人们对运动的需求不断加大，除了熟知的撸铁、跑步、健身操外，飞盘、滑雪、潜水等新式体育运动正逐渐进入人们的视野，得到不少年轻朋友的喜爱。

Skiing 滑雪

The success of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics has triggered people"s enthusiasm for ice and snow sports. More and more people in Guizhou are joining in the ice and snow sports.

2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办，让大众看到了冰雪运动的魅力，越来越多的贵州人加入到冰雪运动中来。

Catering to Guizhou people"s love for ice and snow sports, more indoor ski venues have been built in Guiyang"s urban area. New skiers who have not been to real snow can learn theoretical knowledge and ski skills there so that they can ski smoothly on the real snow field. Diving 潜水

Su Changran, the founder of a free-diving club, is an AIDA Master Instructor, which is rarely seen in Guiyang. The picture shows an instructor delivering a course underwater.

"I can explore the underwater world freely like a fish." This is one of the reasons why many divers are so into this sport. Free-diving is an emerging new sport that integrates underwater sightseeing, photography, and exploration, and has been more and more popular among the youth as a way of physical exercise and recreation.

“在水下，我能像鱼一般自由探索。”这是大部分潜水爱好者选择这项运动的理由之一，自由潜水运动，是集水下观光、水下摄影、水下探索为一体的新兴运动形式，在近几年逐渐走进大众生活，达到锻炼身体、休闲娱乐的目的。

Frisbee 飞盘

In Guiyang, a standard frisbee of 8.75 inches in diameter has become a popular way of exercising or socializing for many young people. By now, Guiyang has established more than 15 frisbee clubs.

在贵阳，一块直径8.75英寸标准飞盘成了许多年轻人的运动或是社交方式。目前，贵阳已经有超过15个飞盘俱乐部。
