In recent years, Shibing county has been strengthening the cultivation of talents regarding the intangible cultural heritage ——Miao embroidery and the development of enterprises engaged in the Miao embroidery business, effectively helping local Miao women make a better living by offering more jobs in the vicinity and realize the advance of life standard through their "fingertip skills" and promoting rural revitalization.

近年来，施秉县持续加强非遗苗绣人才队伍建设，进一步培育壮大苗绣企业发展，通过采取“公司+绣娘”模式，有效带动当地苗族妇女就近就业增收，帮助农村绣娘实现了“指尖技艺”优势向“指尖经济”优势转变，全力推动乡村振兴。
