Located in the north of Shibing County, the dolomite karst landform--Yuntai Mountain is just 13 kilometers away from the county. As the main part of the Wuyang River National Scenic Spots, Yuntai Mountain scenic spot consists of group mountains, encompassing Yuntai, Wai Yingtai, Jiaoding, Datian Nao and other mountains.
云台山位于施秉县北部，为白云岩喀斯特地貌距县城区13公里。云台山风景区是舞阳河国家级风景名胜区的主要组成部分，由云台山、外营台、轿顶山及大田垴等群峰组成。
Yuntai Mountain covers an area of about 210 square kilometers, with the main peak Tuan Lunyan protruding from the mountains. Shaped like a platform and covered under the clouds and mist, it was named as Yuntai(cloud and platform) Mountain. On June 23, 2014, it was selected into South China Karst list, becoming the third World Natural Heritage site in Guizhou Province.
云台山面积约210平方公里，主峰团仑岩突起于群山之间。因其山巅如台，加之云雾缭绕，故名云台山。2014年6月23日入选中国南方喀斯特世界自然遗产名录，成为贵州省第三个世界自然遗产。
